Why am I constantly logged-out of the Web4Africa Client Area?

Based on the IP setup of some mobile networks, Web4Africa clients are likely to experience session loss in the course of the use of the Client Area.

This implies that you are logged-out automatically whilst using the Client Area.

The challenge is due to high security enforced on our side for login session control. Some mobile networks, on the other hand, configure their networks to issue multiple IP addresses whilst the user is surfing the internet. Since the public IP of the user changes rapidly, our Client Area is unable to confirm that the same client is logged-in. The client is thus automatically logged-out in other to avoid a security breach due to session hijacking.

There is little Web4Africa can do about this at this time but can recommend that the user makes use of an alternative internet connection.
