Guidelines for opening a Support Ticket

We are pleased to serve you as a valued client. Should you have any issues, please go through our knowledge base as chances are that the solution to your problem is here already.

Else, simply open a support ticket. Whilst opening the ticket, please follow the basic guidelines below, to receive fast responses:

  1. If you are responding to an existing ticket, please reply to it instead than starting a new ticket.
  2. Do not submit a duplicate ticket for an issue already Opened.
  3. Avoid sending the same issue to multiple departments (like Billing, Sales etc) simultaneously.
  4. Do not submit a new ticket asking the status of a ticket that is still In Progress. Simply update the very same ticket should you need a quick update.
