COVID-19: Business Continuity

We wish to inform you that we are fully available during this period of uncertainty that has seen a quarter of the world’s population on lockdown due to the coronavirus outbreak.

We have since activated business continuity measures to ensure our operations continue with minimal disruption. We have always operated from across 3 countries in 2 continents. We are diligently following the orders of the respective governments across the countries we operate from, for our safety.

We have the contingency measures to withstand the varying level of lockdowns in the respective countries.


We do not expect any disruption to our services but we are available at full capacity to manage our servers and networking equipment where necessary.
Also, we have the assurances of the various data centres and business suppliers we make use of.


While Telephone and Live chat will be available during working hours, we would be giving the highest priority to Support Tickets at this time. We are working remotely and delivering support within normal parameters.

We thank you for your continued support and hope humanity can ride this through with minimal impact.
